Bonfire Night is just around the corner, and with it comes a fantastic host of fireworks displays.

Friday 5 November
Penwortham Fireworks Display, Middleforth Green
6.30pm at Pear Tree Park, Middleforth Green, 156 Leyland Rd, Penwortham, Preston PR1 9QB.
The annual family-friendly event includes stalls and fairground rides. It opens at 6.30pm, and the fireworks start at 7.30pm.
The event is free, and there will be charity collection buckets throughout the site for the 2021 Mayoral charities.

Worden Park Bonfire Night, Leyland
6pm at Worden Park, Worden Ln, Leyland PR25 3DH.
The organiser of this annual display is celebrating their 50th Bonfire Night with a fairground and large bonfire.
Tickets are available at a presale cost of £4 per ticket, £5 on the night, and under 5s are free.

Tickets can be purchased from the following locations: Atkinson Jewellers, Hough Lane, Leyland, Brindles Costcutter, School Lane, Leyland, Paces for Laces, Leyland Cross, NSS Newsagent, Lancaster Lane, Leyland/Clayton le Woods, The Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland.
Tickets can also be bought in local schools, but the ticket buyer’s children must attend one of them.

Gibbon Bridge Bonfire Night, Chipping
Gibbon Bridge Hotel and Restaurant, Green Ln, Chipping, PR3 2TQ.
The Bonfire Night offers a fireworks display, mulled wine or hot chocolate, hotpot, and cakes.
Tickets are £30 per adult, £15 per child (aged 10 or under).

Preston Grasshoppers Annual Fireworks Display, Bonfire and Funfair
6.00pm until 11.00pm (last entry 8.00pm) at Preston Grasshoppers Rugby Football Club, Lightfoot Green Ln, Preston PR4 0AP.
The annual family-friendly event is the largest Bonfire Night in the area, selling out each year. To avoid disappointment, online tickets are now available.

The bonfire will be lit at 7pm, and the fireworks start at 8pm.
Advanced tickets are £6 per person or £19 for a family ticket of two adults and two children. Children aged two years and under get in free.
Gate tickets are £7 per person or £22 for a family ticket.

Cottam Hall Bonfire and Fireworks Night

Heskin Hall Fireworks
5pm to 9pm at Heskin Hall, Wood Lane, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 5PA.
The firework display will also include tribute bands, including Take That, Abba, The Greatest Showman and Frozen.
It will also feature soap celebs Jacob from Emmerdale and Sam from Coronation Street, a funfair, food, bar and a market.
Advanced tickets are £7 for adults and £4 for children.
Archbishop Temple Church of England High School Bonfire and Fireworks Night
Archbishop Temple Church of England High School, St Vincent’s Road, Preston, PR2 8RA
Starts at 6.30pm with food and music. The bonfire will be lit at 6.45pm and the firework display will begin at 7.30pm.
The PTA is inviting families from school and the local community to this event, which will raise money to fund projects in school.

Saturday 6 November
Gregson Green’s Bonfire and Fireworks
5.30pm at Gregson Lane Playing Fields, Hoghton, Preston, PR5 0DP.
The event will include a licensed bar, food and refreshments, and treacle toffee.
The bonfire will be lit at 6pm, and the fireworks start at 7pm.
Tickets are £6 for adults, £4 for children, and free for under 3s.
