Anyone aged 16 and over can now drop into a local clinic for their vaccination, and there’s no need to make an appointment.

Pfizer vaccination clinics are offering first dose appointments for anyone aged 16 and over alongside second dose appointments for anyone aged 18 and over who has had already had their first dose over eight weeks ago.
Moderna vaccination clinics are offering first dose appointments for anyone aged 18 and over alongside second dose appointments for anyone aged 18 and over who has had already had their first dose over eight weeks ago.

You can also attend AstraZeneca walk in clinics if you are aged 40 and over, or have had your first jab over eight weeks ago.
Please note, mobile clinics and walk-in slots are offered in addition to appointments booked through the National Booking System or local NHS. If you have an appointment booked at a clinic, please attend at the time and date listed.

There are two large vaccination centres within Preston, which both offer walk-in vaccinations also. These are as follows:
Lancashire Vaccination Centre – Eastway Retail Hub, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 3FB
Date: Monday – Sunday (first and second dose Pfizer, second dose AstraZeneca)
Time: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm
Saturday, 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm
Sunday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm
St John’s Shopping Centre, Preston, PR1 1FB
Date: Monday – Sunday (Moderna, second dose AstraZeneca)
Time: 8:30am to 6:30pm
You can also book an appointment at one of these vaccination centres or pharmacy now via the national booking system or calling 119. Alternatively you can wait to be invited to go to a local NHS service.
