All homes will have driveways with detached or integral garages.

All proposed homes will have private front and rear gardens and the rear gardens are enclosed by built form, other rear gardens and fences to create privacy and security.

All dwellings will benefit from a private driveway and either an integral or attached garage. All parking spaces are
within the curtilage of, and overlooked by, the respective dwelling.

No on-street parking is proposed.

The appearance of the proposed dwellings would reflect the character of the other phases of the wider development in
terms of the design of the dwellings and their materials.

2 metre high acoustic fencing will be applied to the rear gardens of a limited number of properties which are exposed
to the East West Link Road.

It is not yet known when the application will be discussed by the planning committee.
