Below are the planning applications validated by South Ribble Borough Council in the week beginning September 20.

  • Application for permission in principle for the erection of up to two detached dwellings at land at 8 Park Avenue, New Longton, Preston, Lancashire. Validated 3 August.
  • Two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension and retrospective application for front bay window at 136 Bristol Avenue, Farington, Leyland Lancashire. Validated 29 July.
  • Prior approval for the installation of a 20m high street pole with built-in cabinet and associated equipment cabinets at the footpath adjacent to Blackthorn Drive, Penwortham, Lancashire. Validated 27 July.
  • Proposed single-storey side and first floor rear extensions at 94 Langdale Road, Leyland, Lancashire. Validated 22 July.
