Fire crews attended a fire at a house in Langton Street, off Fishergate Hill, in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday 14 September).
The incident involved a fire in the living room of a domestic property that was well alight when crews arrived.

Two fire engines from Preston and Penwortham attended the incident.
Firefighters used one breathing apparatus, one hose reel, and one positive pressure unit to extinguish the fire.
One casualty was given first aid and crews were at the scene for approximately two hours and forty minutes.
