Two people have been arrested after a discount beauty shop was burgled in Preston city centre last night (Sunday 5 September).
Preston Neighbourhood Task Force took to social media to confirm that Savers in Friargate was in the process of being broken into, but police attended and following a short foot chase, they detained and arrested two individuals.

They recovered all stolen property.
They wrote: “This could not have been achieved without the help of a member of the public who filmed the whole incident and guided officers to the offenders.”
