A planning application has been submitted to demolish St David’s Church, Eldon Street to make way for supported housing.
The proposal seeks to create 14 individual units for independent living with communal areas.
There will also be a secure outdoor space.

Each of the 14 flats will have one bedroom each.
11 new car parking spaces will be created with the development as well as one new full-time job.
There will be feature doors to the entrance and communal lounges which will be Aluminium.
A date has not yet been set to discuss the planning application.
