Plans have been submitted to change a former student house in Plungington into homeless accommodation.
The nine-bed student house is located in Villiers Street and will still include nine-bedrooms, just the use will be changed.
The building is currently vacant and the three original car parking spaces will be retained.

People who are homeless or are at risk of being homeless will be able to live in this development.
No external or internal alterations are proposed to the building as part of the application.
The site comprises a two-storey property and the ground floor accommodates four bedrooms, two shower/WC rooms, and a shared kitchen/ lounge area.
