A planning application for a new eatery in Preston city centre has been submitted.
The proposals seek to convert the use of 36 Ormskirk Road from a Language School to a café.

The planned opening hours are 6am to 9pm every day.
A food preparation area would be created at the rear and a seating area to the front of the café.
The outside of the building would not be changed except for the signage. Internally there would only be aesthetic changes made, which would not be dissimilar to the existing wall colours.
