Below are the planning applications registered with Preston City Council between August 6 and 13.

  • Outline application for one agricultural workers dwelling at Brabiner House Farm, Brabiner Lane
  • Single storey extension to existing agricultural livestock building at Shepherds Hill Farm, Fernyhalgh Lane
  • Certificate of lawfulness for proposed use of existing office/light industrial to gymnasium at 3-1 Elker Court, 16-20 Rough Hey Road
  • Diversion of public right of way footpath no 22 at the land at former Boars Head Inn, 724 Garstang Road
  • Reduction and shaping by approximately 30% one Tilia Europaea and one Ilex Aquafolium trres at 61 Powis Road
  • Erection of veranda to front of property following removal of two porches at Orchard Barn, Green Nook Lane
  • Installation of extractor flue to rear at 30 Plungington Road
  • Single storey rear extension following demolition of the existing conservatory at 23 Edenway
  • Certificate of lawfulness for demolition and erection of a new double garage at Saville Den, 10 Woodplumpton Road, Woodplumpton

  • Lawful certificate for single storey side extension at 14 Lorton Close

  • Installation of various internally illuminated signage at WM Morrison Supermarket, Mariners Way
