Fire at commercial building on Preston Docks sees four crews attend

At 11:43am today (Friday, 6 August) four fire engines from Preston, Fulwood, and Penwortham attended a commercial building fire on Port Way, Preston.

The incident involved a small quantity of waste on the ground floor.

Firefighters extinguished the fire using one hose reel, two breathing apparatus, and a positive pressure ventilation unit.

They were in attendance for twenty-five minutes.
