A planning application for 51 new homes in Broughton, Garstang Road has been submitted.
18 of the houses are to be affordable but it is not known how many bedrooms all of the houses will have.
But the application says there would be a choice of dwellings including larger detached houses, smaller detached and
semi-detached houses.

All of the dwellings have private amenity space and car parking provision within their area.
Vehicular and pedestrian access into the site will be from Garstang Road through a new priority junction which takes account of the cycle lane on the west side of the road.
There will also be a pedestrian and cycle connection to the Guild Wheel where is passes along the northern site boundary.

It is not yet known when the application will be discussed by the planning committee.
