There would be minor painting around windows as well as repair works.
The proposal seeks to reconfigure the interior of the first and ground floors as well as moving the WC facilities so there would be an accessible WC.

It is thought that the new restaurant/takeaway would offer street-food style food.
The building is adjacent to the Grade II listed The Stanley Arms and the Grade I listed Harris Museum and Library and the proposals will not negatively impact those buildings and may bring more people to those surrounding buildings.
The agent for the application is Studio John Bridge Ltd.
