People across Preston and Lancashire can ‘grab-a-jab’ when they pop to the pool or while sunbathing in the park as the NHS vaccination programme seeks to maximise protection before Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.
A number of walk in clinics are available in Preston offering residents vaccines.
These sites make getting a jab easier and more convenient, with clinicians on hand to answer questions and address any concerns people might have.

Here are the walk-in vaccination centre locations:
Jubilee House, Leyland – first and second dose Pfizer Wednesday-Saturday – 8am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm
Friday Street Car Park, Chorley – first and second dose Pfizer and AstraZeneca Monday to Friday – 8am to 1pm and 2pm to 8pm
St John’s Shopping Centre, Preston – first and second dose Moderna and AstraZeneca Monday to Sunday – 8am to 8pm
Issa Medical Centre, Deepdale, Preston – first and second dose Pfizer Friday 16 July (1pm – 5pm), Sunday 18 July (9am – 4:30pm)
Preston Grasshoppers, Preston – first and second dose Pfizer and AstraZeneca Monday to Sunday – 10am to 4pm
No appointment is needed, but there may be queues and the weather is set to be hot, so ensure you have SPF, head protection and hydration.
