Two-car crash shut Percy Street off Ringway during Monday evening

Two fire engines attended a road traffic collision in Percy Street, Preston on Monday evening.

The crash took place around 5:50pm on Monday 5 July.

The incident involved two other vehicles and firefighters worked to make the scene safe.

Two casualties were assessed and left in the care of police officers to wait for an ambulance.

Fire crews were at the scene for approximately 20 minutes.
