Tickets to watch England’s semi-final at the Euros Fan Zone sold out in just two minutes.
Over 2,500 people attempted to book to watch the game against Denmark on Wednesday (7 July) on the big screen at the Flag Market.
A spokesperson for organisers, Preston BID, tweeted: “Wednesday’s semi-final sold out in just two minutes – we’ve had over 2,500 people on the event page to try to grab a table this morning! Sorry to all who weren’t successful, enjoy it safely in the city centre. Wednesday, 8pm, we’re working our way to the final!”
