A spokesperson for All Hopes No Promises said: “The bar is a whole new concept in Preston, welcoming people from all backgrounds to come and try our amazing pizza and mystical cocktails developed by General Manager Andrew Ball.

“The venue is designed to stand out from the norm. After going through a pandemic, we thought that Preston needed a little bit of something different to bring it back to life whilst not straying away from its heritage.

“Our opening weekend was an amazing success, with customers travelling in from all over Lancashire to experience our new concept. Cocktails were flying out, leaving faces of awe as they passed through the crowd of customers!

“With the help of neighbouring businesses such as Niko’s, Paluca’s, We Don’t Give A Fork, Finos Tapas and Smoking V’s we have brought life back to Guildhall Street.”

Due to Covid restrictions easing in England on Monday 19 July, hospitality venues are no longer limited to how many people they can serve.

This is as well as masks not being mandatory any more as well as social distancing. However, many people are still opting to wear masks despite so-called ‘Freedom Day’.

The bar’s spokesperson added: “We want to thank all our amazing customers for the support and hope to see a lot more new customers in the future!”
