Preston-based charity Disability Equality North West wants to speak to people with disabilities about their experiences during lockdown.
A short anonymous survey is being used to gather Lancashire residents’ feedback on topics including how Covid-19 has affected the support they receive.
It is also an opportunity to access additional support if needed.
The survey is part of the Community Link Covid Project, which aims to support all disabled people within the catchment area of Disability Equality North West.
The data collected by the project will be used to inform providers of the actual need of service users, and will also shape future policies.
To access the survey, visit the Disability Equality North West website.
You can also take part via telephone, text, video call or email.
