Police launch appeal for witnesses after Dandy Brook attack

Police have launched an appeal

Police are appealing for information after a young girl’s dog was attacked and her phone was stolen.

On Tuesday, 22 June, there have been reports of a group of males around 16 years old in the Dandy Brook area of Lostock Hall.

Between 3pm and 3.30pm, a young girl was walking her dog in the area when the group have approached her, kicking her dog and stealing her mobile phone.

Two of the group had balaclavas on.
