The application is seeking approval for internal changes as well as outside fire routes in line with regulations of properties of this type.

The plans aim to improve the look of the building with external finishes and an appealing entrance off the main road for access to first and second floor residences.

Materials that need little-to-no maintenance will also be used to preserve the outside of the building.
