Selected apartments will also come with their own private patio or balcony.
A House Manager will take care of the smooth-running of the development, as well as a 24-hour emergency call system in every apartment should assistance be needed day or night.
Tracey Lowe, Area Sales Manager for McCarthy Stone, said: “Our forthcoming site has already attracted significant levels of interest from local people. Now more than ever we all want to feel safe and secure in our homes and for many of us, lockdown has made us reassess our housing needs.
“We are seeing more retirees deciding to downsize their homes. The choice of low maintenance living options, with both bungalows and apartments on offer in Garstang, Stanley Gardens and Place has something for all; and with the aim of staying independent for longer and with more time to spend doing the things they love. I would encourage those interested to get in touch now so they can be among the first to receive updates and event invitations.”
