Plans have been submitted to turn two houses on Market Street West into 14 new apartments.
The plans include the development of a building which is part four storey and part five storey.
There will also be a mixture of nine two-bedroom apartments and five one-bedroom apartments.

However, the plans include a reduction of car parking spaces from 12 to two spaces.
This is due to the current use of the property being part-residential and part-private car park.

The two houses that are currently there are both three-bedrooms.
A date for discussion of the plans has not yet been set.
