Why this Penwortham artist’s work is appearing on BBC and ITV most mornings

A Penwortham artist has been surprised to discover her work is appearing on BBC and ITV most mornings.

Shiryn Wynter‘s painting is on display in the kitchen of Dr Nighat Arif, who is the GP on BBC Breakfast and This Morning.

Shiryn found out after Dr Nighat tagged her in social media posts about the new artwork, where she describes it as “incredible”.

Shiryn said: “I’m very excited! It was really nice of her to tag me.”
