A new luxury housing development named St Vincent’s Court is due to be built along Fulwood on St Vincent’s Road.
The project will include seven new four and five bedroom detached houses.

There will be four different house types including:
A spokesperson from Roxford Homes said: “All homes come with solar panels, bi-folding doors to a fully turfed south facing rear garden, quartz kitchen worktops and integrated appliances to name just a few of our standard finishes.
“Building work is starting to take place and our first homes are scheduled to complete during the last quarter of 2021. People can register their interest with the below link to our website.”

Roxford Homes have also applied for planning permission for a temporary sales and marketing suite.
This application also includes four car parking spaces.
If granted permission, the temporary suite will be of a cabin style which will be open 11am-5pm every day and will be there until the show home is completed.
