A cheap supermarket chain branded the ‘Russian Lidl’ is reportedly set to open a store in Preston this summer.

Mere Supermarkets claims to have prices cheaper than all competitors in the UK.

A post on the Mere UK Facebook page says the store will open at the former Nisa at 198 Miller Road in Ribbleton.
