The Mayor of Preston is set to open a new indoor inflatable park next week, which will be the biggest attraction of its kind in the North West.
Jump Maniax is a £250,000 Covid-secure arena, off Mercer Street near the city centre, which is set to open on Monday 17 May when the latest phase of government restrictions are lifted.

It will be one of the final engagements for the Mayor of Preston, Councillor David Borrow.
He said: “We’re delighted that Jump Maniax has chosen Preston as the first location to open such an exciting new family attraction.
“It’s yet another first for the city and shows how entrepreneurs, even in challenging times, have the confidence to invest here.
“We wish them every success and hope people will continue to support all local independent businesses after such a long period of uncertainty.”

Samir Patel, the director of Jump Maniax said: “We’ve had a fantastic response to Jump Maniax and there’s a real buzz around the city as we get set to open.
“All the inflatables in the park are joined together so it’s like one big bouncy playground where families can have fun in a safe environment whatever the weather.
“We’re thrilled to be bringing the next generation of leisure attractions to Preston for the whole city to enjoy.”

The Mayor of Preston will officially open Jump Maniax on Monday 17 May at 10am.
Jump Maniax will be open 10am to 7pm on Monday to Friday and 10am to 8pm at the weekend, with an hour long session priced at £9.95 per person.
