A brave police dog managed to detain a domestic violence suspect after contending with a field full of charging bullocks.
PD Harv had already made his way through gardens and over fences before coming up against the 20 aggressive animals.
The incident happened on Friday 28 May.
Lancashire Police Dog Unit posted a tribute to PD Harv’s bravery on Twitter.
A spokesperson said: “PD Harv assisted Preston Police last night working his way through gardens, over fences and then through a field with 20 charging bullocks to contend with, in order to successfully detain a domestic violence suspect attempting, but failing, to escape his arrest.”
