Police appeal to trace man in connection with metal bar attack in Ashton-on-Ribble

Preston Police have sent out an appeal for information on Leon Halsall, aged 37, from Preston pictured above.
The request comes after an incident occurred on Friday 23 April where a 20-year-old man was hit over the head with a metal bar at the junction of Larches Lane and Thistleton Road in Ashton-on-Ribble.
Halsall is described by police to be white, around 5ft 10ins, of stocky build with cropped hair.
He has links to Ashton, Ribbleton and Leyland.
Preston police have said: “If you have any information about where he may be, please call 101 quoting incident reference 1353 of April 23rd. For immediate sightings, please call 999.”
