Plans to further extend Fulwood Central Retail park have now been approved.
The expansion will involve a gym, leisure centre and more retail spaces in place of offices adjacent to Fulwood Central.
Plans include demolishing the current HPH Haulage offices.

There will be six new retail units with the front of the new buildings facing south towards Oliver’s Place.
Shipping containers will be affixed together to create a three-storey building container park.
The proposed units would all be commercial in character, providing a variety of industrial, retail and leisure units, and the container park.

Businesses already on Fulwood Central, which opened in 2019, include the likes of Aldi, Costa Coffee and Burger King.
There will also be an extension to the car park to cater for extra customers.
Councillors voted unanimously for the plans.
