Collision at Bamber Bridge Interchange causes delays on M6

Traffic has built up around the area

Earlier this morning (17 May) two lanes were closed at the M6 Southbound at Junction 29 (Bamber Bridge Interchange, M65) due to a collision.


Traffic Officers are currently at the scene and recovery are on their way to the area to assist.

One lane is now closed but there is still heavy traffic in the area as of 9.45am on Monday (17 May).

At 10.22am, the incident was cleared and traffic is now flowing freely through the location.
