A Preston mum has started a fundraiser to buy a power pack for her daughter’s wheelchair.
Lindsay Rambridge has set up a Cash for Kids page to raise £800 for her daughter Alice where she will be completing 60-miles on roller skates whilst dressed as a dinosaur.
Alice has a rare chromosome disorder 1q21.1 micro duplication, agenesis of the corpus callosum, epilepsy, learning disability and low muscle tone.

She is in need of an electric wheel chair due to being 16-years-old and her mum Lindsey finding it more difficult to push her in a regular wheelchair.
Lindsay said: “We are raising funds for a power pack for Alice’s wheelchair.
“A power pack would mean I can take her on longer trips out etc. Myself and one of her PAs Isobel are currently doing 60 miles to raise the cash, on roller skates, dressed as a dinosaur or Alice does some on her trike!
“Normally this is on part of the guild wheel but we did some in Fleetwood last weekend.”
