21 areas in Preston and South Ribble report fewer than three Covid cases in the seven days leading up to 12 May

A total of 21 areas in Preston and South Ribble have recorded fewer than three coronavirus cases in the week up to Wednesday 12 May.

These areas include Fulwood, Penwortham and Farington amongst others.

Preston’s current Covid case rate per 100,000 over that last seven days is 34.9, a decrease from previous data.

England’s rate stands at 22.4, an increase since previous data.
