Three arrests as drugs worth up to £65k seized from Ashton address

Drugs worth up to £65,000 and over £6,000 in cash have been seized from an address in Ashton-on-Ribble.

Three arrests were made by the Preston Neighbourhood Policing Team after the discovery of 8kg of drugs in Parker Street.

A spokesperson for Preston Police said: “Following a proactive stop and a lengthy investigation, Preston NPT Task Force have secured Possession with Intent to Supply charges for Akeem, Nadeem and Mohmed Bunglawala of Stafford Road, Deepdale, Preston.

“All three males will be appearing at Preston Court imminently. 

“As a team we are committed to reducing the problems in the areas that you live.”
