It snowed briefly in Preston this afternoon (Tuesday 6 April) after a sunny Easter weekend.
Temperatures reached 19 degrees Celsius last week but are expected to drop to six degrees Celsius over the coming week.
Many people socialised in the parks as some lockdown measures were lifted last Monday 29 March meaning that six people or two households could meet outside.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service captured the snow flurry during Tuesday afternoon outside their headquarters in Fulwood.

This was made possible due to sunny skies but the weather forecast this week shows chilly temperatures and even some more snow.
