Fulwood’s new Health Centre is due to open in the early part of this summer.
The new purpose built medical centre, from HBS Healthcare, will comprise of a mixture of dentist practice, doctor surgeries, pharmacies and research facilities.
Car parking plans will include 240 new spaces for staff and patients at the new building off Garstang Road, Fulwood.

Charles Bell, of Morgan Martin said: “The whole scheme will be completed in the early part of summer 2021, providing 50,000 sq ft of new accommodation, together with 240 car parking spaces.
“There will be on-site dental practices, pharmacy, opticians, etc.”
Part of the third floor is still available to rent by medical professionals.

Charles added: “There is further accommodation available to rent for professions such as physiotherapists, dermatologists, podiatrists, etc.
“There will be approximately 15 clinical rooms available on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis.”
