The official launch coincided with National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day on Monday 12 April.
Mr. Cheesy owner Daniel Fox said: “As we come out of lockdown this is the perfect time to offer Preston Docks visitors, shop and office workers a new outdoor food and beverage experience.
“We are easy to find and perfectly located at the gateway to the Docks.
“Customers can pop in to grab a bite before a walk round the dockland basin or during a lunch break from the offices.
“We’re looking forward to turning new friends into regulars and hope Prestonians will love our food.”
