Local elections 2021: Police and crime commissioner candidates for Lancashire confirmed

The next local elections for Preston and Lancashire are set to take place on Thursday 6 May – the first local elections since May 2019.

Polling stations will be open from 7am to 10pm.

Amongst those standing for election are candidates for the role of Police and Crime Commissioner for the Lancashire Police Area.


The candidates are as follows:

  • Mark James Barker, Reform UK
  • Neil Darby, Liberal Democrats
  • Clive Grunshaw, Labour and Co-operative Party
  • Andrew James Snowden, The Conservative Party Candidate
