  • Single storey rear extension, first floor extension to rear, dormer to rear, roof lights to front and rear and replacement of all windows with white UPVC at 207 Watling Street Road, Garrison, Preston. Submitted on March 24
  • Alterations to front and side elevations, comprising of infill of splayed corner and new shop entrance to side at 413 New Hall Lane, St Matthews. Submitted on March 8
  • Rear dormer, solar panels and external alterations to existing windows and rear extension roof, and installation of new doors and external staircase at 57 Powis Road, Ashton. Submitted on March 23

  • Two storey side extension and loft conversion at 54 Hawthorn Crescent, Lea. Submitted on March 22
  • Fell and remove one Ash Tree at 23 Mossbrook Drive. Submitted on March 17
  • Prior notification submission for one agricultural building at the land to the rear of The Ashes, Halfpenny Lane. Submitted on March 26
  • Remove weak attachment and deadwood of one common Lime tree, reduce 1m from street light one Silver Birch tree, re-pollard one Silver Birch tree and crown lift by 1m one Silver Birch tree at Forest Brook House, Victoria Road. Submitted on March 22
