The Heaton Group have revealed a glimpse into the show apartments at Bishopgate Gardens to give a taste of what the development will be like when it is completed this summer.
The development is set to be Preston’s first amenity-focused residence, with roof gardens, residents lounges, co-working spaces and independent retailers.

The 130 unit development is on Ormskirk Road close to Preston Bus Station, and will encourage a more sociable and community led way of living.
The show apartments have a level of exceptional detail and luxury finishes, and there is already a waiting list for viewings.
Speaking about the opening, Managing Director, John Heaton, said: “It’s always difficult to explain how a space will look, even with the best CGI so we can’t wait to hear what people think of the real thing.
“We’ve designed the apartments for a modern, city centre lifestyle, with high specification kitchens and bathrooms which look absolutely fantastic. The location is second-to-none so it will be brilliant to see it finished and people enjoying it.”
With six retail units underneath, the developer recently announced it was looking for entrepreneurs or businesses from across the city, that it could support by offering fully fitted out shops and removing the often prohibitive start-up costs that put many would-be business owners off.
This opportunity will see the chosen entrepreneurs take over brand new shops, designed to a high specification, which could feature a deli, a coffee shop, a barbers, a beauticians, a hairdressers, co-working space and a florist when they open in the summer.
