Another fire breaks out at former Baffito’s restaurant at Preston Docks

The former Baffito’s restaurant at Preston Docks has caught fire again.

Images of the fire began emerging on social media at around 7pm today (Thursday 29 April).

Firefighters previously tackled a blaze at the former restaurant in December.

On that occasion, firefighters battled the fire through the night.

Plans to convert the building into a care home were approved in January.
