Warning to lock up as Cottam, Larches and Lea residents targeted in overnight burglaries

Preston Police are warning residents to lock up their property after a number of burglaries took place in Cottam, Larches and Lea.

The incidents happened overnight on Friday (5 March), with several arrests being made in connection with the offences.

A statement of the Preston Police Facebook page said: “There has been a number of burglaries in the Larches, Cottam and Lea areas, which has occured overnight.

“Several arrests have been made in connection with these offences, we would like to advise residents to ensure their properties and vehicles are secured overnight.”
