A man has now been charged for breaching a closure order placed on Reps Gym in Ribbleton.
In February Preston Magistrates Court granted a three-month closure order on Reps Gym, Ribbleton along with £9,098.15 in costs, following an application by Preston City Council.

Police were called at around 6.45pm on Wednesday following a report that people were inside the gym on Roman Way Industrial Estate.
A 56-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of breaching a closure order and has now been charged.
Steven Todd, of Chapel Hill, Longridge, appeared at Preston Magistrates’ Court this morning (Friday 12 March) and is next due to appear on July 9th at the same court.
Ten individuals were issued with £200 fines for breaching Covid regulations.
