A Preston-based team of entrepreneurs has launched a new advertising service designed to keep members of the public safe during the Covid-19 pandemic.
AdvertisementDigiBeat’s new information portals combine a digital screen with health and hygiene facilities, meaning they can be used by businesses to advertise while also keeping staff and visitors safe.

The DigiBeat team, which is based in the Guild Hall Arcade in Preston city centre, includes Business Development Director Sarah Williams.
Sarah said: “Our goal is to help businesses keep customers safe along with keeping businesses open.
“We can install a portal for a monthly fee, which includes a temperature checker, maintenance, and sanitisation gel.
“We’ll deliver within two weeks of an order being placed, and our aim is to have our portals in place for when the lockdown is eased and the public can safely return to life as we knew it.
“We’re also working with a finance company so our customers can spread their payments.”
