Students from Preston’s Cardinal Newman College raised funds for Rosemere Cancer Foundation by holding an online quiz for the charity.
Year 13 student Tom Connell devised the questions and acted as quiz master.
Fellow student Sam Soper hosted the event and entertained during intervals with jokes and music.

There was also musical bingo organised by chemistry teacher Paula
Rowlinson, who last year helped students form themselves into a Rosemere Cancer Foundation fundraising group that raised around £300 from a cake and sweet sale.
They raised £276 in total for the charity, which will help those receiving treatment at Rosemere.
