With specialist toy shops all closed, five-year-old Sadie Hiscock spotted a gap in the market and set out a stall at the front of her Penwortham home.
She set up a stall selling playthings she had grown out of to help Rosemere Cancer Foundation.
The entrepreneurial youngster, a pupil at St Mary Magdalen’s Catholic Primary School, Penwortham, raised an impressive £38.79 via an honesty box.
Sadie’s endeavours were rewarded with a thank you certificate from the charity.
