Plans have been submitted to change former Rock FM studios into offices.
The former St Paul’s church would be converted from radio studios into a Class E building.
Currently the building is vacant due to Rock FM moving its studios to Manchester from February 2020.

Plans proposed by agents Smith & Love planning consultants would not involve any changes to the inside or outside of the building.
The former church is a Grade II listed building.
Due to this the plans are in accordance to heritage frameworks and there are no heritage implications.
The 40 car parking spaces will also remain in place.
