Cllr Peter Kelly, Executive Member for Culture & Leisure at Preston City Council said: “For over 70 years the Harris Open has been one of our most loved exhibitions showcasing local artists.

“The Harris would like to thank all the artists and makers who have submitted work under difficult circumstances and who have made this year’s Harris Open extra special. Our panel of judges will be choosing four prize winners.

“There is also a prize for the artwork voted the public’s favourite. The Harris would also like to thank Stowe Family Law who has very kindly sponsored this year’s prizes.”
