Police are appealing for help tracing a missing teenager with links to Preston.
Chinh Tran is missing from home in Rawtenstall.
A spokesperson for South Ribble Police said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned about the welfare of 16-year-old Chinh Tran, who is missing from their home address in Rawtenstall.
“They were last seen at around 1pm on 17 February, leaving the home address to go shopping. He has not returned and has not been in contact since.
“Chinh Tran is described as a Vietnamese male 5ft 6in tall, with short black hair and of a slim build with a large tattoo on his right shin. He does not speak much English and unfamiliar with the area.
“When he was last seen they were wearing a black coat, grey woolly hat, tracksuit bottoms carrying a shopping bag. They are believed to have links to the Preston area and London. We are concerned for their welfare and are appealing for your help to find Chinh Tran.”
