Plans have been submitted to turn the second floor of Angelo’s and Stratos restaurants and bars into a hotel.
The application states it is to change the use from staff accommodation into a hotel with 14 studio rooms.
There are no plans for an external extension to be added to the building.

The hotel which would be located on Avenham Street, Preston city centre, will consist of a 589m².
No car parking spaces are expected to be added or removed from the existing area.

The plans state that there will be one full-time job as well as one part-time job.
The agent of the plans is Mark Heyes based in Bamber bridge.
