  • Erection of detached bungalow at 9 Parker Lane, Whitestake, Preston. Validated on December 22.
  • Erection of 33 new residential units with associated garages and works, and new access from Reynard Close on the land to the east of Reynard Close, Longton. Validated on December 16.
  • Replace the existing septic tank with new treatment plant at The Fields, Midge Hall Lane, Leyland. Validated on December 21.
  • Rear two storey extension rolling demolition of existing conservatory, part demolition of detached garage and new pitched roof to garage at 95 Western Drive, Leyland. Validated on December 17.
  • Retrospective change of use of existing house to two self contained apartment at 22 St Marys Road, Bamber Bridge, Preston. Validated on December 11.
  • Outline application for up to two residential dwellings on the land north of Primrose Cottage, Rhoden Road, Moss Side, Leyland. Validated on December 11.
  • The erection of eight dwellings with associated infrastructure works at the land at Duddle Lane, Duddle Lane, Walton Le Dale. Validated on January 4.
  • Erection of 2.5 storey extension to side building extension and single storey extension to front and inclusion of boundary fencing treatments and acoustic buffer screening, landscaping scheme including 3 tree removals and new mature tree planting at Unit 4- 4A Tomlinson Road, Leyland. Validated on December 22.
  • Single storey rear extension following demolition of existing single storey kitchen projections at The Willows, Whalley Road, Samlesbury, Preston. Validates on December 3.
